Also, now that the temps have come down a little at night our pumpkins are reinventing themselves.
I did 12 qts. of tomatoes yesterday and sent the peaches, cucumbers, and grapes with my youngest daughter. Fall is a mixed blessing. . . so many good things to eat. . . so much work to preserve it.

Your Halloween stitch is wonderful. It's great in the fall when we can harvest fruits and vegetables. I have not so much in my garden, but are lucky to receive a lot of apples from friends garden.
Love, love the cross stitch Halloween picture. Cross stitch seems to have taken a resurgence lately. Right now, I can't see well enough to do it. I am planning on having cataract surgery year end and hope that improves my eyesight well enough that I might be able to do it easier.
